Situated on the waterfront in the Christianshavn neighbourhood of central Copenhagen, it operates in an old warehouse. Noma brings an old world charm to its reinvention and interpretation of the Nordic Cuisine.


2) El Celler de Can Roca, Girona, Spain

3) Osteria Francescana, Modena Italy

A serene synergy between traditional and contemporary is offered in prime elegance at the Osteria Francescana. With 3 Michelin stars in its kitty, the restaurant is owned and run by Chef Massimo Bottura. Its menu is also designed to offer you both traditional dishes from the Emilia-Romagna area & modern classics along with newly developed dishes!


4) Eleven Madison Park, New York, USA

Drawing inspiration from its city, the menu offers you gourmet dishes that are inspired by the agricultural bounty of New York and its culinary traditions. It’s located in a landmark art deco building, known as the Metropolitan Life North Building, with soaring 35-foot ceilings and a view of Madison Square Park. Established in 1988, the restaurant is owned by Will Guidara and Daniel Humm. It has a 3-star Michelin rating.


5) Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, London, UK

This 2-Star Michelin restaurant changes its menu every three months bringing you historical dishes ranging from the 14th to 19th centuries.
